You are the Creator of the Universe through your Tandav,

You are the Giver of Eternal Bliss through your Natraj,

We bow down to you 

Dance or Nritya is a Sadhana or Dhyaan, be it Shiv Nataraj or Shiv Tandav.

GuruDev Vishuddhanand Paramhamsa, also called Bhole baba, represents the perfect balance of both the Chandra Nadi (Creativity/Right Brain) & the Surya Nadi (Intellect/Left Brain).While, he would do intense Tapasya, being in Hatha or Raja Yoga and Gyan Yoga, he was also a Karma Yogi.GuruDev also expressed his light heartedness, laughing and singing, being in Bhakti Yoga too.

Shiv Nataraj or Nritya is not only about Self-Expression but also about Self-forgetfulness, moving beyond our Ego - Identity.Our loving Bholenath dances, when he is in ParamAnand (Divine Bliss - Joy),he becomes Nataraj Roop.Our loving Bholenath dances, when he is in Krodha (Anger),he becomes Rudra Roop.When we are happy or joyful,And when we dance in the moment of Joy, it becomes a Sadhana.

When we are angry or upset, And when we dance in the moment of Anger, it becomes a Sadhana.Nataraj Roop represents Cosmic Activity or Consciousness.Nataraj has four hands.Srishti or Creation from the drum in one of his right hands.Sthiti or Protection from one of his other right hand which is in Abhay Mudra.Samhar or Destruction from one of his left hand which holds fire.

Tirobhaav or illusion from one of his other left hand which points towards the Rakshas (Demon) Mulayaka.Sharanagati or Surrender from his right foot to the Souls who are struggling in Samsara.

Anugraha or Eternal bliss from his lifted left foot to the Sadhaks or Seekers.

Our World usually is all about creation, movement and destruction.

Creation and Destruction balance each other. Destruction makes way for Creation.

All that happens with us is within the boundaries of Time & Space.

But when we dance in Natraj Roop, when we are blissful, or dance in Tandav Roop, when we are angry,

This Cosmic Dance lifts us beyond Time & Space.
